Report #2: Exciting Update!
Things sure have heated up with all things “Drill-ceptional”. So far this school year students have submitted over 383,000+ Breezin’ Thru Theory Mad Dash Drills, and best of all most kids keep at them ’til they ace them. That’s fantastic and congrats to you all.
We can also see that your fun, competitive spirit is alive and well. In our latest update to the Drill-ceptional Leaderboard …
- 5 new schools have made the rankings
- 3 have shifted up in their spots
- There’s a New Overall #1 (most drills submitted)
- And we’ve added a Most Drills per Student school
Here’s how it works: For those new to Breezin’ Thru since our last report …. we’ve divided North America into 5 regions … North, South, East, West, and Central. Every few months we’ll identify the TOP 3 schools for each region (subject to your permission). Results are based on the total number of drills submitted to date for the 2016-17 school year, and the school’s average needs to be 90% or higher on these drills to qualify.
Are You Ready …. The “Drill-ceptional” Schools as of Dec. 31, 2016 are:

THE OVERALL # 1
Plano West Sr. HS (Texas)
With an amazing 26,883 drills submitted. This is the most drills ever done by a school, yet. WOW!
MOST DRILLS / Student
Walnut HS (California)
Had an average of 193 drills per student. And for those who’ve aced them all, that’s 19 musical golden eggs in their dashboard!
COINCIDENCE or NOT?
Both of these schools (Plano West & Walnut HS) also made it to Newsweek magazine’s ranking of “America’s Top High Schools 2016” this past December. Clearly some amazing things happen when music is in the mix 🙂
P.S. Keep on drillin’ kids …
There’s still lots of chance to make it onto the Leaderboard, as some schools were < 50 drills from making it to the Top 3. And a “most improved” school will also be included next time.
